32-2932. Use of title or abbreviation by licensees A. A person who is licensed pursuant to section 32-2912, subsection A may use the designation and sign the licensee's name, wherever required, in any capacity, as " homeopathic doctor" , " homeopathic physician" . If the licensee is a graduate of a board-approved allopathic school of medicine, the licensee may also use the designation " medical doctor (homeopathic)" . If the licensee is a graduate of a board-approved osteopathic school of medicine, the licensee may also use the designation " doctor of osteopathic medicine (homeopathic)" . B. A person who is licensed pursuant to section 32-2912, subsection B may use the designation " homeopathic practitioner" , " doctor of homeopathy" or " homeopathic doctor" . A person may use the designation " homeopathic doctor" or " doctor of homeopathy" only if the person holds a doctorate and is licensed pursuant to chapter 8, 14, 19 or 39 of this title. C. The board may adopt in rule abbreviations for the titles listed in subsections A and B of this section.
