32-2818. Lapsed certification; inactive status; reinstatement A person who was an unlimited practical technologist in radiology under this chapter from and after December 31, 1992 and whose certificate was not suspended or revoked but who failed to renew the certificate, on application to the department, may be placed on inactive status or reinstated pursuant to section 32-2816.
