32-2621. Necessity of security guard registration A. No person, except a regularly commissioned peace officer, shall act, attempt to act or represent himself as a security guard unless such person is registered as a guard pursuant to this chapter and acting within the scope of his employment for an agency licensed pursuant to article 2 of this chapter. B. The provisions of this article shall not apply to individual agency licensees or to qualifying parties, officers, directors, partners or managers of an agency licensee who are licensed pursuant to article 2 of this chapter.
