32-2452. Authority required to operate under fictitious name A licensee may conduct an investigative business under a name other than the licensee's by first obtaining written authorization from the director. The director shall not authorize the use of an agency name that is so similar to that of a public officer or agency or of that used by another licensee that the public may be confused or misled by the use.
