32-2421. Qualifying party A. An applicant for an agency license must have a qualifying party. B. For a sole proprietorship, the qualifying party shall be the agency licensee. C. For a partnership, corporation or limited liability company, the qualifying party shall be the individual who is responsible for managing the agency. All other partners or corporate officers shall register as associates pursuant to article 3 of this chapter. D. If required, the qualifying party shall maintain workers compensation insurance in effect.
