32-2406. Hearings and special meetings A. The board shall hold hearings at a time and place determined by the director. The board may hold special meetings the chairman determines necessary to carry out the functions of the board. B. A majority of board members, regardless of board vacancies, constitutes a quorum and a majority vote of a quorum present is necessary for the board to take any action.
