32-2153.01. Consent order; terms In addition to any other authority granted to the commissioner in this chapter to issue orders, the commissioner may issue a consent order on the agreement of both parties to an appealable agency action or a contested case. The order shall include terms that the parties agree on and that the commissioner, in the commissioner's discretion, believes are appropriate.
