32-2091.01. Fees A. The board, by a formal vote, shall establish fees for the following relating to the licensure of behavior analysts: 1. An application for an active license. 2. An application for a temporary license. 3. Renewal of an active license. 4. Issuance of an initial license. B. The board may charge additional fees for services it deems necessary and appropriate to carry out this article. These fees shall not exceed the actual cost of providing the service. C. The board shall not refund fees except as otherwise provided in this article. On special request and for good cause, the board may return the license renewal fee.
