32-1554. Observance of public health laws and regulations In diagnosing and treating any disease, injury, ailment, infirmity or other bodily condition, a physician licensed under this chapter shall observe and is subject to all federal, state, county and municipal laws and regulations relating to physicians and to public health in the same manner as required for physicians of other schools of medicine.
