32-1482. Reporting of hepatitis cases The director of the department of health services for the purposes of reducing the transmission of hepatitis by injection or transfusion of blood and its components shall adopt rules and regulations for reporting of cases of hepatitis and provide for the dissemination of information about such hepatitis cases to all federally licensed blood banks in the state and health care institutions which request such information.
