32-142. Public works A. Drawings, plans, specifications, estimates and construction observation for public works of this state or a political subdivision of this state involving architecture, engineering, geology, landscape architecture or land surveying shall be prepared by or under the direct supervision of a registrant within the category involved. B. Surveys or maps required in connection with public land surveying shall be made by or under the personal direction of a qualified registrant. C. Drawings, plans, design specifications and construction observation of public works facilities of the state or a political subdivision of this state for the use or storage of hazardous materials shall be made by or under the direct supervision of a qualified registrant in the appropriate field.
