32-1329. Reexamination
A. An applicant who fails to pass the national board examination or the state laws and rules examination may retake the examination within one year after the date that the applicant filed a license application with the department. A person who desires to retake the state laws and rules examination shall request that the department schedule a second examination and shall submit the applicable fee pursuant to section 32-1309.
B. An applicant who fails to pass the national board examination or the state laws and rules examination within one year after the date that the applicant originally filed a license application shall submit a new license application and the applicable fee pursuant to section 32-1309.
