32-1233. Applicants for licensure; examination requirements An applicant for licensure shall have passed all of the following: 1. The written national dental board examinations. 2. A clinical examination administered by a state or regional testing agency in the United States within five years preceding filing the application. 3. The Arizona dental jurisprudence examination.
