32-122.07. Denial of alarm business, controlling person or alarm agent certification; appeal A. The board may deny an application for certification as an alarm business, controlling person or alarm agent if a controlling person of an alarm business or an alarm agent has been convicted of an act involving moral turpitude. B. If the board denies an application for certification as an alarm business, controlling person or alarm agent, the board shall send notice of its action by certified mail to the applicant, setting forth the reasons for the action taken. C. Within thirty days after the date of the notice, the applicant may request a hearing before the board pursuant to title 41, chapter 6, article 10.
