32-1208. Failure to respond to subpoena; civil penalty In addition to any disciplinary action authorized by statute, the board may assess a nondisciplinary civil penalty in an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars for a licensee who fails to respond to a subpoena issued by the board pursuant to this chapter.
