30-671. Radiation protection standards A. Radiation protection standards in rules adopted by the department under this chapter do not limit the kind or amount of radiation that may be intentionally applied to a person or animal for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes by or under the direction of a licensed practitioner of the healing arts. B. Radiation sources shall be registered, licensed or exempted at the discretion of the department.
