3-593. Association of producers A. Any activity including meetings undertaken pursuant to this article and intended to benefit the producers, handlers or processors of grain is not intended to be illegal or in restraint of trade. B. The council may, so as not to duplicate activities or services, work closely with the other private associations or public agencies which have expertise and interest in growing and marketing grain.
