3-464. Wrongful performance of duty; improper influence; classification A. An inspector is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor who: 1. Knowingly makes a wrong or improper inspection of citrus fruit. 2. Knowingly and improperly certifies that the grade, quality or condition of the citrus fruit does or does not conform to standards established by this article. 3. Knowingly fails to request the proper authorities to bring an action to prosecute violators of this article or rules adopted pursuant to this article. 4. Knowingly accepts money or other consideration directly or indirectly for an improper performance of his duty. B. A person who knowingly and improperly influences an inspector in the performance of his duty is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
