3-2405. Powers of boards of supervisors The boards of supervisors of the several counties may within their respective counties: 1. Control and destroy predatory wildlife, reintroduced predatory wildlife, noxious rodents and related animals as provided in section 3-2401. 2. Enter into cooperative agreements with the department and the animal and plant health inspection service of the United States department of agriculture. 3. Make necessary expenditures from any special, contingent or general county fund available for the purposes specified in this section.
