3-2403. Disposition of furs, skins and specimens All furs, skins or specimens taken by animal damage control specialists whose salaries are paid from any state appropriation made for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this article shall be disposed of as the department determines to be for the best interest of the state, but if such items are sold the net proceeds shall be credited to the general fund of the state.
