3-2095. Investigation of violations A. The division may conduct investigations as deemed necessary to determine whether any person has violated any provision of or rule issued under this chapter. B. Any person may request a hearing pursuant to title 41, chapter 6, article 10 on a notice of violation of this chapter or any rule adopted under this chapter.
