3-2091. Nonlimitation of sale A. Slaughtering establishments with state meat inspection service and with an assigned establishment number, and meat processors with an assigned establishment number, may sell their meat or meat food products any place within the state without regard to the laws and ordinances of any city or town relating to inspection of meat, meat processing or slaughtering establishments. B. Slaughtering establishments whose meat and meat food products bear the inspection stamp of the United States department of agriculture may sell their meat or meat food products any place in the state without regard to the laws or ordinances of any city or town relating to the inspection of meat or slaughtering establishments.
