3-2004. Place of slaughter Every person licensed to slaughter livestock, sheep, goats, swine, horses, mules or other equines for sale or exchange shall slaughter animals in an established and recognized slaughterhouse kept by the licensee for that purpose, or in a slaughterhouse established by the authorities of a city or town.
