3-1231. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Beef" includes veal. 2. " Beef products" includes veal products. 3. " Council" means the Arizona beef council. 4. " Fiscal year" means the fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30. 5. " Person" means an individual, corporation, partnership, trust, association, cooperative association and any other business unit or organization. 6. " Producer" means a person who owns or acquires ownership of cattle.
