3-122. Expenditure from university appropriation to match federal grant Upon duly itemized and sworn claims, approved by the president of the university of Arizona or his delegated agent, there shall be paid out of the general appropriation for the university of Arizona, as other claims against the state are paid, an amount equal to but not limited to the amount of such additional appropriation as may be apportioned to the state under the provisions of the Smith-Lever act.
