3-1003.01. Qualifications of executive director, coliseum manager, and comptroller A. The executive director shall be qualified by having at least five years' experience in, and a working knowledge of, coliseum or similar auditorium type operational management, including fair, agricultural and livestock exposition experience. B. The coliseum manager shall be qualified by having at least four years' experience as manager or assistant manager of a coliseum or similar auditorium type of operation. C. The comptroller shall be qualified preferably as a certified public accountant with at least five years' experience in general accounting including cost accounting and budgetary proceedings.
