29-4102. Professional limited liability company formation A. One or more persons may form a professional limited liability company by filing articles of organization with the commission that, in addition to the information required under section 29-3201, specify both of the following: 1. That the company is a professional limited liability company. 2. The professional service or services that the professional limited liability company is organized to provide. B. A limited liability company organized under a law of this state other than this article may elect professional limited liability company status by amending its articles of organization pursuant to section 29-3202 to comply with subsection A of this section and with section 29-4106.
