28-9526. Delinquent civil penalties and fees In addition to any other penalty, if a civil penalty or any fee due pursuant to this chapter has not been paid within thirty days after the due date, the civil penalty or fee is delinquent and the department may refuse to issue a permit or may revoke a permit pursuant to this chapter until the civil penalty or fee is paid in full.
