28-9506. Taxi and livery vehicle signage A. A taxi or livery vehicle shall display all of the following information either on an interior sign that is readily visible and that is either in a print or an electronic format or on a digital network or software application: 1. The permittee's business name and address. 2. An accurate representation of all fares and the fare computation method. 3. The driver's name. B. At a minimum, a taxi is required to display readily visible exterior trade dress as defined in section 28-9551 that contains the word " taxi" or " cab" .
