28-886. Volunteer program A local authority may establish a volunteer parking enforcement specialist program for parking for persons with physical disabilities. Under this program, the local authority may authorize volunteers to issue citations only to persons who violate section 28-884 or an ordinance regulating parking in parking spaces for persons with physical disabilities.
