28-8427. Police aides A. Whether or not airport police officers have been appointed pursuant to section 28-8426, the governing body may appoint unarmed airport police aides who are employed by the governing body. B. The police aides: 1. Are authorized to enforce ordinances regulating the standing or parking of vehicles. 2. May commence an action or proceeding before a court having jurisdiction for any violation of the ordinances described in paragraph 1.
