28-8420. Agreements; joint airport operations The department, in the operation and maintenance of the Grand Canyon national park airport, or a city, town or county may enter into agreements on terms the director or the governing body deems advisable with agencies of the United States or with a person, firm or corporation engaged in the air transportation industry for the establishment, construction, operation or maintenance of airports and incidental uses either by the department, by the city, town or county or by the other contracting party.
