28-8415. Real property interests; airport purposes A. The department, in the operation and maintenance of the Grand Canyon national park airport, or a city, town or county may accept and hold real property or any interest in the property by gift, trust or purchase or any other manner for the purpose of establishing, constructing, operating or maintaining airports or for uses incidental to these purposes, subject to terms and agreements of the governing body. B. Real property or any interest in the property held by the department in the operation and maintenance of the Grand Canyon national park airport shall be held in the name of this state.
