28-7251. Construction of bridge or dam; violation; classification A. It is unlawful to construct or begin the construction of a bridge, dam, dike or causeway over or in any navigable river or other navigable water within the jurisdiction of this state unless the attorney general has recommended and the governor has authorized the construction. B. A person or corporation that violates this section is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
