28-6992. Director of department of administration; comptroller of fund A. The director of the department of administration is the comptroller of all expenditures from the state highway fund. B. The duties of the director of the department of administration under this section are supervisory. The director of the department of administration shall not approve a claim or demand for a purpose that is not authorized. C. On request, the director of the department of transportation shall submit to the director of the department of administration the facts and circumstances connected with a claim or demand.
