28-5740. License issuance; duration A. The director or authorized third party shall issue a license to an applicant if: 1. The application is in proper form and has been accepted for filing. 2. Any other conditions and requirements of this article have been met. B. A license is valid until cancelled, surrendered or revoked pursuant to this article.
