28-5602. Enforcement The following persons have authority to enforce this article: 1. The director of the department of transportation and the director's duly appointed agents. 2. The associate director of the weights and measures services division of the Arizona department of agriculture and the associate director's duly appointed agents. 3. The department of public safety and its officers.
