28-5101.03. Authorized third party commercial driver license examiners; requirements A. Beginning July 1, 2014, a person must be a separately authorized third party commercial driver license examiner to perform commercial driver license skills testing. B. A third party commercial driver license examiner authorized pursuant to this section must comply with all quality control requirements prescribed by the department.
