28-442. Records; evidence A. A certified duplicate is deemed an original for all purposes and is admissible in evidence without further foundation in all courts or administrative agencies. B. The display by a person of evidence on a wireless communication device pursuant to this title does not constitute consent for law enforcement to access other content of the wireless communication device.
