28-3416. Civil penalty; cancellation, suspension or revocation of license; appeal A. If the director finds that the licensee has not complied with or has knowingly violated this article or any rule adopted pursuant to this article or has been convicted of a violation of title 13 or this title, the director may do either of the following: 1. Impose a civil penalty on the licensee of at least three hundred dollars but not more than three thousand dollars for each violation. 2. After conducting a hearing, cancel, suspend or revoke the license of the school. B. Decisions of the director are subject to judicial review pursuant to title 12, chapter 7, article 6. C. The director shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, all civil penalties collected pursuant to this section in the state highway fund established by section 28-6991.
