28-3412. Fee; enrollment limitation A. Governmental agencies, corporations or individuals that conduct traffic survival school educational sessions approved by the department may collect a fee that is reasonable and commensurate for the educational sessions. B. Except as provided in section 28-3413, subsection B, paragraph 2, subdivision (b) and notwithstanding any other law, the only limitation on enrollment in a traffic survival school educational session shall be the lawful fire safety capacity of the facility in which the class meets.
