28-3313. Record update A. Within ten days of the suspension, revocation, cancellation or disqualification of a commercial driver license for a period of sixty days or more, the department shall update its records to reflect the action and shall notify the commercial driver license information system of the action taken. B. Within ten days of the suspension, revocation, cancellation or disqualification of a commercial driver license issued by another state or of a nondomiciled commercial driver license, the department shall notify the state licensing authority that issued the license of the action taken.
