28-3173. License update A. By written notice the department shall require a licensee to update the licensee's photograph or present or mail to the department in a form prescribed by the department a report based on a vision test performed by the department or an examination by an optometrist or an ophthalmologist or physician licensed to practice medicine, if the license has not been updated in the preceding twelve years. B. The director may require a licensee to update the licensee's license at any time during the twelve year period from the date of issuance.
