28-2203. Registration card; sticker On approval of the application for fleet registration, the director shall issue a permanent registration card and a permanent validating sticker for each qualified vehicle in the fleet. The permanent registration card shall be carried in the vehicle at all times and shall be made available to any law enforcement officer on demand. The department shall determine the manner in which the permanent validating sticker is displayed.
