28-2136. Unsatisfied liens A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, the department may remove from its records a lien on a vehicle required to be issued a certificate of title and registered under section 28-2153 if the lien remains on the records of the department as unsatisfied twelve years after filing with the department. B. This section applies only to noncommercial vehicles other than travel trailers, motor homes or mobile homes.
