28-2004. Disposition of fees; highway user revenue fund Except as otherwise provided by statute, the officer collecting the fees and taxes provided in this chapter shall immediately transfer them to the director. The director shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, the monies in the Arizona highway user revenue fund.
