28-1221. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Agent" means a director, officer, employee or other person who is authorized to act on behalf of a business entity. 2. " Business entity" means a legal entity, including a corporation, partnership or sole proprietorship. 3. " Pedestrian area" includes a sidewalk, crosswalk, school crosswalk, school crossing zone or safety zone.
