27-364. Interfering with equipment No person shall knowingly: 1. Injure or destroy any equipment or machinery of a mine, nor, unless authorized so to do, obstruct, open, close or change the position of a ventilation door, brattice, or airway, or handle or disturb any part of the machinery of the hoisting engine of the mine. 2. Open the door of a mine and neglect to close it. 3. Endanger the mine or those working therein. 4. Disobey a lawful order, or do a wilful act whereby the lives, safety or health of persons working in a mine, the security of a mine, or the machinery connected therewith, is endangered.
