27-317. Waste dumps and tailings areas; signs; violation; classification In areas where waste dumps, subsidence areas or tailings areas border on inhabited or public places, the roads from such places leading into such areas shall be blocked off and danger signs shall be placed at intervals along the perimeter of the areas. Any person recklessly removing, destroying or defacing such signs or barriers is guilty of a petty offense as provided in section 27-302.
