27-125. Inspection report After every inspection the inspector shall fill out and leave with the operator a preliminary inspection report that lists the inspection party, the part of the operation inspected, the type of inspection and every violation of the state mining code observed during the inspection, but nothing contained in or omitted from the entry shall limit or affect the duty and obligation of the owner or operator of the property under this title. Within a reasonable length of time a typed copy of the inspection report shall be sent to the operator which shall be filed at the office of the operations. The report shall be available at all reasonable times.
